1. Product and operator
Coldex by Lumora is an outreach workspace operated by Elevyn LLC, New York, United States. Questions about this draft or the preview can be sent to lumorastudios.ai.app@gmail.com.
2. Private preview
The current preview supports campaign drafts, contact records, conversation logs, and proposal drafts. The AWS package includes catalog search, email queueing, mailbox reply synchronization, Stripe integration, follow-ups, and recipient booking. These functions become available only after deployment and provider configuration. They are not currently enabled in the hosted preview. Illustrative conversations are labeled and do not send messages or collect payments. Calling is not included.
3. Accounts and authorized use
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose information or mailbox you connect. Keep access credentials secure and notify support if you believe your account was accessed without permission. Customers may access only their own workspace and authorized business records.
4. Outreach responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your audience, pitch, sender identity, and outreach instructions. A publicly listed email or phone number is not a consent record. Obtain required consent, respect opt-outs and applicable suppression lists, follow permitted contact hours, and comply with applicable advertising, email, and privacy requirements. You must not bypass the product’s channel eligibility checks or use false sender information.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Coldex for fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, harassment, unlawful unsolicited messages, unauthorized recording, exploitation of vulnerable people, unauthorized access, or infringement of another party’s rights. Do not upload data you lack permission to use or misrepresent sender identity. Abuse and unsafe or unlawful instructions may result in restrictions or suspension.
6. Message review and results
Review selected recipients, sender identity, offer links, initial emails and follow-ups before launching a campaign. You remain responsible for the content you approve and any promises made to prospects. Coldex does not guarantee contact accuracy, replies, appointments, sales, revenue, or any particular result.
7. Data and third-party services
You retain rights to content you provide. You authorize processing that content as needed to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Open-data and third-party contact sources retain their applicable licenses and provenance. Email, hosting, and payment providers have their own terms, limits, and availability; connecting a provider does not eliminate those obligations.
8. Pricing and payments
Proposed pricing and billing are explained on the Pricing and Billing pages. Stripe is the selected processor; no payments are accepted in this preview. Before paid activation, customers must see and accept the applicable subscription, taxes, renewal terms, and usage limits. Optional prepaid extra-usage credits are proposed, with no automatic top-ups or overage billing; purchases are not enabled. No unlimited paid outreach is offered.
9. Cancellation, suspension, and access
The launch design provides self-service cancellation of future subscription renewals and a process to request deletion or export of workspace data. Data export is available after authentication and database setup. Configured subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal; deletion requests can be made through support. A suspension does not automatically waive valid accrued charges, remove legal obligations, or eliminate rights to refunds required by law.
10. Availability and liability
The preview may be modified or interrupted. It is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular business outcome, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any final liability limitations, remedies, dispute process, and governing law must be specified in the commercial agreement before paid launch. Nothing in this draft excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
Material commercial or privacy changes must be communicated before they take effect where required. The revised date will identify updated policies. Contact support with questions. Final operator details and an acceptance record are required before opening paid subscriptions.
