Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers about the product, pricing, and the private preview.

Is there a free plan?

No. Coldex is being positioned as a paid professional service. Basic, Growth, and Premium are paid subscriptions, with different campaign limits and capabilities. Annual subscriptions cost less than 12 monthly payments and are paid upfront.

What does the subscription pay for?

Basic is $79/month or $790/year; Growth is $149/month or $1,390/year; Premium is $299/month or $2,490/year. Annual savings are 16.7% for Basic, 22.3% for Growth, and 30.6% for Premium. The subscription covers the B2B workflow within disclosed limits. Prices, features, and displayed monthly allowances are proposals requiring operating-cost validation. Checkout is not enabled yet.

How will usage limits work?

Included usage is consumed first; optional prepaid credits are proposed for extra volume. Extra usage would cost 1 credit per email or 10 per business researched. Purchases and balances are not connected. Proposed monthly research/email allowances are Basic: 250/1000; Growth: 750/5000; Premium: 2000/15000. Initial messages and follow-ups count as emails; researched businesses may have no usable email. Allowances reset monthly on annual plans too, without accumulation. New actions will pause without included allowance or purchased credits; no automatic overage charges are proposed. Those quotas require cost validation and are not enforced in this preview.

What does Coldex do for my business?

Coldex is being built for businesses selling to other businesses. You define your own offer, audience, and next step, and add your portfolio, product demo, brochure, or quote-page link. Discovery, sending, replies, and follow-up belong in one workflow. These live integrations are still in setup.

Does every user need a website preview?

No. Lumora can share a portfolio of websites and apps. A cleaning company can share a brochure or quote page; a software company can share its demo. The saved offer link is included in email drafts. Automatic website preview generation is optional future work, not an active feature.

Can I target businesses across the United States?

Nationwide discovery is the goal of the open-data catalog worker. Source coverage and available contacts vary. The current workspace accepts manual records and CSV imports; the live catalog search and website-enrichment connection are pending.

What stops unexpected usage charges?

The proposed subscription policy pauses new outreach at plan and campaign limits. No automatic overage charges are proposed. Exact quotas and provider usage checks must be connected before paid launch.

Are calls included in the first launch?

No. Calling is not part of the current product scope. The first launch focuses on business discovery, email outreach, offer links, replies, and follow-up. Subscription pricing and usage quotas remain proposals until costs and integrations are validated.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

At paid launch, customers should be able to cancel future renewals themselves. Final refund terms will be disclosed before payment, subject to applicable law. There are no paid subscriptions in this preview.

Does Coldex guarantee customers or revenue?

No. Accurate targeting and a useful offer can improve a campaign, but replies, appointments, and sales are not guaranteed. Outcomes should be reviewed by your team.

Is this a finished paid service?

No. The interface and saved workspace are available as a private preview. Live provider integrations, customer billing, final operator details, and final policies must be completed before paid launch.
